Инструкция

Surface preparation	1	The epoxy resin extremely well witho all porous material such low density polystyrene, ceramic etc. The surface must be clean and dust free.
Surface preparation	2	It can be applied directly on polystyrene without altering the stability of the surface, and provided a very hard smooth glossy coat layer up to 200 microns thick.
2K MIX	3	The epoxy coating require mixing two parts. Mix proportions are: 1 part SCUDOCHROMAME 101FB OMNIBASE an d 2 parts hardener SCUDOCATALYST 1FB – Catalyse 50%.
Application hints	4	Epoxy resin is typically appalled using a brush, roller, or spray equipment. Shake before use.
	5	Let dry at for 30 min at ambient temperature (20-25C) and proceed to apply TuttoChromaMe or EXTRATuttoChromaMe for a shiny chrome finish see following steps.
	6	If the mix is too dense and difficult to apply, also by spray gun it is possible to use isopropyl alcohol as thinner in 5%-10% percent weight of the mix product.
	7	Allow drying in clean ambient (dust free) temperature (20-25%) for 3-4 hours and nerve touch the coated surface.
CHROME	8	Shack well the 1K TuttoChromaMe STD TC 20 before pouring it into the HLVP spray gun. Use nozzles size 1-1,2/1,3 mm nozzle pressure 1,50 bar
	9	Apply 3 layer of TuttoChromaMe with crossed strokes, until the surface is completely covered. It is recommend to spray from bottom to top direction and then cross left right.
	10	Let dry at 60-70C for 70 min, for optimal results it is recommend attend at ambient temperature for 24 hours. The more time the solvents have to evaporate the higher will the reflectivity will be (it can reach 90%-95% spherical reflectivity).
TOP COAT	11	Apply CLEARTOP MT300 (100%) + CLEARCATALYST MT936 (40%), mix ratio 5:2 with a HLVP spray gun (or normal spray gun) nozzle 1,2-1,3 mm pressure 1,50 bar 217,5 psi
	12	If special coloring is required CME Pigments are to be added to CLEARTOP MT300 (100%) + CLEARCATALYST MT936 (40%) according to the Mix ratio % specified for each CME Pigment on the bottle label.
	13	Let dry at 60-70C for 1 hour or at room temperature 12-24 hours. The product can be handled and packaged and wrapped after 3 hours.
	14	Always apply a second layer CLEARTOP MT300 (100%) + CLEARCATALYST MT936 (40%) after color coating for a high quality glossy and durable finish.
